Compatible sunscreen, makeup remover, etc

Hi! I plan on getting my first spray tan soon and wanted to ask about the products I use and their compatibility with spray tan longevity.

I like using my kid’s lotion sunscreen:
Coppertone Waterbabies

And for my face I’ve been using:
Biore UV Aqua Rich

I use Vaseline body lotion and a tannologist gradual tanner sometimes.

And for makeup remover I use a micellar water to protect my lash lift, are there any other lash lift safe makeup remover that hurt a spray tan? I also use Tazarotene and Vanicream face wash and moisturizer.

And I use the salt and stone bodywash with an exfoliating mitt.

Raised bump on toddler’s arm

Noticed a red bump that appeared on her arm over the course of the day, noticed it randomly in the afternoon so appeared some time overnight/in the morning. It doesn’t seem to bother her, she only notices it when I look at it.

It doesn’t seem to have changed appearance/size that much, I think the center has become more white/yellow from this early afternoon.

Sent a note to the DR but since it’s the weekend it’s slow and thought I’d ask here while waiting! Thanks!
