For some reason I keep getting the legendary seashell small accessory recipe multiple times a day for a few days now. I’ve learnt it every time I get it so I don’t know why I keep getting it, has anyone else had this? Is it just something that happens?
Had my test on Monday and got the call today to say it was positive, she said it was only just over the limit so I guess that might be good. I was hoping I might be able to see the actual numbers somewhere (she told me but I forgot) but I can’t find this to look back on. I’ve been emailed a whole bunch of advice and stuff and have an appointment next week to get my monitor. But reading through everything, plus my boyfriend trying to be helpful with his own research I’m just feeling so depressed with how much I can’t eat now and how little portions seem to be. How am I not going to be absolutely starving and depressed all day from eating meals that seem crap. I already have allergies and intolerances that I need to be careful of too. I’ve been crying on and off for 2 hours because the thought of having to figure out food for the next few months just makes me miserable.
