Prepping for interview - thoughts?

Hey, I'm going in for an interview soon and I'm stressing. I REALLY would prefer to only work first shift, and that's what I put as my availability on the online form, but I also desperately need a job. So I'm wondering if opening up my availability to 2nd shift also would significantly increase my chances? I could put up with it it'd just really fuck with my schedule but if the rent's not getting paid that fucks with me more lol. I'm obviously willing to work weekends and holidays either way.

What happens if an inpatient program won't take me because my labs are off?

I'm trying to admit to an inpatient program and they want labs drawn and an EKG done before I admit. I haven't had labs done in a long time and I know I'm in rough physical shape, but I'm so fucking desperate to get to treatment. What happens if my labs are messed up? Will they not admit me and I'm just fucked? I can't do this on my own. I've been trying to get admission to some residentials but been rejected due to severity of my behaviors, hence why I'm looking to inpatient now and why I'm so concerned.

Dual-diagnosis (ED/addiction) residential treatment facility recommendations?

I am anorexic and also in early sobriety. Currently in a rehab that isn't able to handle my ED behaviors, so they're looking to send me to another residential facility that is better equipped for it, but my therapist didn't know of any specific facilities that handle dual-diagnoses. (I don't need detox at this point and would say the ED is currently presenting the most symptoms in my life, but for me the two issues are closely linked so I don't want to eschew substance treatment entirely. I've also had trouble being admitted to purely ED programs due to my recent history of severe substance abuse.) So far I've found Rogers Behavioral, SunCloud Health and Monte Nido, but I'm looking for as many options to explore as possible. I'd appreciate any suggestions or support.
