A while ago I posted that I took a car under my name for my mother in law. She has not paid me for the past two months and it has been affecting my credit score. Tried contacting the police but have said that since she has made two past payments she owns the vehicle in a way and the only way to move on from this is to make a civil case. I will be doing it on Thursday since I didn’t know you had to pay to make a case and don’t have money at all right now. Just wanted to thank everyone who gave me advice.

Helped out my girlfriend’s mom take out a car trying to be a nice guy to help. She is a drug addict who was trying to get a second chance at live but always finds her way back to having sex with random men and drugs. She has not been paying me for the car due to this and now I regret and lost in what action to take, knowing it will affect my credit.
