I know Shieldbow is a core item in yasuo /Yone build, but why do no other champs build it if it's a good solid item? I've noticed that I never see any others build it

The cloud doesn't work for this game for some reason, I looked up how to manually transfer the save file from my PC to my handheld but it has been a nightmare for me lol

For anybody who has Halo working on their odin, can you please help meee, the game launches but when I get to the Microsoft login screen it's just an all white screen.
