We are seeking a qualified G+1 Licensed Engineer approved by Dubai Municipality to oversee villa and low-rise building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, ensuring compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, coordinating with authorities, consultants, subcontractors, and clients, and maintaining project quality, safety, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the company's Dubai Municipality G+1 Licensed Engineer.

Supervise construction works for villas, G+1 buildings, and renovation/modification projects.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Nakheel, Dubai South, and other authority requirements.

Review and approve construction drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Attend inspections and authority meetings as required.

Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Prepare technical reports, method statements, and project documentation.

Manage permit applications, approvals, and completion certificate processes.

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during construction.

Ensure projects are completed within approved schedules and budgets.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Valid Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer License (Mandatory).

Minimum 2 years of UAE construction experience.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and approval procedures.

Experience in villa construction, building modifications, and fit-out projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
