For those running machines while working a regular job, how much time does vending actually take up?

I see some people doing a few refills after work or on weekends, then others have routes that basically became their full time job.

Like with 2-3 machines, probably manageable on the side. But once you get to 10, 20, 30 machines, are you still calling that passive income?

Anyone here actually running vending machines, do you treat it as passive income, a side hustle, or has it basically become a full-time job for you?

Not talking about the usual hot coffee vending machines. I mean the packaged/bottled coffee you grab from a regular vending machine.

Has anyone here tried it?

Was it actually good, or more of a “needed caffeine and this was the only option” kind of purchase?

Also wondering if people would buy it regularly if they saw it in an office, college, hospital, etc.
