I feel like I’m losing control of my mind as day progress … does anyone else experience this?

For the past few days, almost every evening I get this really weird state.

My thoughts become scattered, I feel restless, nauseous, and slightly dizzy. The scariest part is everything feels kind of *unreal* or distant, like I’m there but not fully present.

I can still talk and function normally, but internally it feels very uncomfortable and out of control. It lasts for hours and leaves me exhausted.

I don’t know what this is or how to deal with it, and it’s starting to worry me.

Has anyone experienced something like this? What helped you?

Lines at mouth corners since teens: fillers vs DAO Botox vs alternatives?

I’ve had lines at the corners of my mouth (marionette area) since my teenage years - they’re not new, but I’ve become more conscious of them lately.

I’ve looked into fillers, but I’m hesitant to start so young due to concerns about migration and long-term buildup causing a puffy look. Are these concerns valid?

I also read about DAO Botox, would that even help in my case, or is it more for downward pull rather than static lines?

What are the most effective options to actually improve this? Is filler the only real solution, or are there alternatives (skin treatments, collagen stimulation, etc.) that work long-term?

Would really appreciate honest experiences!
