I haven’t received the biometrics even though I submitted my case 2 weeks ago!
I talked to them and they said they requested the biometrics one day after the submission but Im not scheduled yet.
What’s going on?

I got my receipt notice last week as I applied online but till today I haven’t received a notice for the biometrics.
I saw some people getting it within couple of days after the receipt notice.

My EB-2 NIW I-140 was approved. However, USCIS truncated the final letter of one of my names on both the receipt notice and the approval notice.
My full name follows this structure:
My passport displays the full name on one line and does not separately label the given, middle, and family names.
My attorney previously told me that the truncation was caused by USCIS character limitations and that no correction was necessary. However, I am concerned about whether this could create problems when filing the I-485, I-765, and I-131.
For future filings, I am considering entering the names as:
Previously, the given name, father’s name, and grandfather’s name were all entered in the first-name field, which may be why the last letter was cut off.
Has anyone had a similar issue? Did you continue using the same format as the approved I-140, or did you move the father’s and grandfather’s names into the middle-name field for the I-485? Did the truncation cause any issues later?

I have to disable the java script in the Adobe Acrobat to be able to fill certain fields in the I485 form and will fill some parts using text insert.
Am I gonna face any problems when I upload the file as I’m filling online?

I was checking TrackMyI140 and noticed that some cases were updated to “Case Is Still Being Processed” just 2–3 weeks after the receipt notice. However, the website still shows those cases as being earlier than mine. I understand those are not premium processing cases.
Is there any way to estimate how many premium processing cases are ahead of me within my receipt block, or does TrackMyI140 not provide that level of detail?
Also what does it mean by case being processed and we’re actively reviewing this case?
Please correct me if I’ve misunderstood how the data should be interpreted.
