Previously I was doing incline db press, pec deck, row,lat pulldown, preacher, overhead tri,tri push, leg press, ham curl then lat raise, all 3 sets. The gym sessions are long but I assumed I was hitting every other part necessary.
Until I was made a schedule by my unc and saying that I shld focus on doing more effeciently and some exercises/isolations I've done towards ending of my workouts are low quality due to the amount of volume I have to complete, mentioning there's plenty of compounds included in the new plan to overlay some isolations.
I'm very sorry if this comes off stupid/novice. Just trying to build a decent physique and cld really only commit 2 days per week.
Hey guys, heading to Bali for the first time soon.
I’ll be there for 7 days, mainly going for a tattoo (that’ll take up about 3 days towards the end). I’m staying in Seminyak, and the tattoo studio is somewhere around Badung.
So I’ve got the first few days pretty free and honestly haven’t planned much yet 😅
Would love to hear what you guys personally enjoyed doing there, like places you thought were actually worth it, food spots you still think about, chill areas, views, anything like that.
Also curious what the vibe is like getting around is Grab/Gojek pretty easy to use everywhere? And roughly how much you were spending per day on food/transport?
I’m not super into rushing around or doing every tourist checklist thing, more just wanna explore at a comfortable pace and enjoy the place.
Any random tips or things you wish you knew before going would be super helpful too 🙏
