I’ve heard of people having good experience with these foods to support implantation. I have only been consuming them during the TWW but is it recommended to use one/both throughout more of your cycle?
My levels weren’t really looking great this month, and I was sick with a fever during my ‘peak’ window, so I had kind of just written this month off. For context I have PCOS with irregular cycles.
My E3G and LH levels are much lower than previous confirmed ovulations, but does this data look somewhat normal?
Just started my fourth cycle with Inito, and ninth cycle overall TTC. I have an irregular cycle, which has been easier to track with Inito, but I can’t help to feel frustrated with the months wasted not hitting my window or even ovulating at all.
I have gone back to the doctor with my three months of results and initiated some more hormone testing. I was really hoping this month would be the one and took it really hard getting my period this morning (I was supposed to do a pregnancy test tomorrow).
I’m really hitting my wits end and this journey has been the most emotionally taxing thing I’ve ever had to deal with. I could use any support, motivation, or words of advice anyone is willing to provide 🫶🏼

Hi all- I got Inito after no success for about four months, and now it seems like it is because my body is struggling to ovulate. It looks like my estrogen has been really pushing to try to get LH levels up. Anyone here in a similar boat?
