This has been in a drawer for as long as I can remember. Can anyone tell me anything about it?
So as I was shuffling I thought about my journey to the present. I was offered land, at a great price, I have searched my whole life (decades) for a slice of my own. Everything was going smooth, the signs were there and my general tarot reads have always been positive, I'm an Aries. But I have hit a bureaucracy wall with local council and if I don't tread careful I could lose the dream.
I drew cards and listened. 3 card draw, The Hermit, The Chariot and The Tower. A voice in my mind said draw a shadow card which was the 10 of Pentacles, and then an advice card which was the 7 of pentacles. I have no rhyme or reason for choosing that spread but I can say I was very focused on tomorrows meeting. And this is what I came up with -
"I'm deep in the process of buying a property, but the local council has been a black box, refusing to confirm if a dwelling could even be approved. It's been a state of frustrating limbo. Seeking a way forward, I turned to tarot.
The draw was powerful: The Hermit, The Chariot, and The Tower. It felt like a direct message. The Hermit reflected my current isolation and search for answers. The Chariot, a card of victory and control, lit a fire under me—it was a clear sign to take decisive action, which is exactly why I'm meeting with two council experts tomorrow. They are my chariot drivers, guiding me through the bureaucracy.
But The Tower loomed large, a warning of sudden upheaval. It suggests my plans might face a shocking revelation or a complete breakdown of my current assumptions. The shadow of the 10 of Pentacles hints this upheaval touches my deep desire for long-term security and legacy. Yet, the advice is the 7 of Pentacles: be patient. Assess the ground after tomorrow's meeting. My efforts are valid, but the harvest requires time and careful tending. The path is clear, but not easy."
I would love to say that tomorrow everything will bring clarity so that's what I will hope for.
