Filing bankruptcy

So, my husband and I just filed Chapter 13. I'm worried that the BK Trustee is going to do us on my online gambling problem because it's all over my bank account.

I'm doing better, haven't touched gambling in a few weeks. Has anyone gone through a Chapter 13, and did the Trustee make a huge deal about gambling?

Filing question

So I filed my daughter's taxes for her using TurboTax. The IRS keeps rejecting it because it says her AGI from last year doesn't match what they have on record. I got out last years return, and the number matches exactly what I entered. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

341 and a Confirmation Hearing?

We just filed Chapter 13 last week. We have been through this before about 20 years ago (bad winters, construction work).

I got a letter from my attorney today telling me the date of my 341. But, there was another date for a Confirmation Hearing. I don't recall ever having a Confirmation Hearing previously.

Can someone explain what happens at the Confirmation Hearing please?

Chapter 13 Filed

So my attorney filed a "skeleton case" quickly so.our electric wouldn't be turned off and the house wouldn't be auctioned. She then sent me our "plan" which shows our income at over $12k a month making our payments like $3k a month! So, one, do they base your income pretax? We definitely don't being home that much a month. Also, both of our incomes fluctuates. His with over time basically going to nothing in the colder months, mine goes down when the real estate market slows )I handle title exams for my office and when the market slows, so does my additional income. How do we work this out? I'm freaking out.
