I just got my Eletta Explore and am trying to wrap my head around how to make a standard, 16 or 20 oz latte that you would find at Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Coffee Bean, etc. The settings show me coffee in ml, milk in seconds(?), and intensity. I'm a bit out of my depth and could use a little hand-holding here.

I'm basically looking for books, courses, etc. on not overpowering conversations and not being a dick. Everything I am finding is about introverts and building confidence.

The deeper I research, the more I am finding the ultimate recommendation is either 100s of hours of DIY work or $10K on a Smithsonian-level archivist machine.

My use case is digitizing books only available in hard copy. For personal reading, Ctrl+F capabilities, and sharing with fellow enthusiasts. Essentially, digitizing books where the pages are searchable, not crooked, no weird artifacts, etc. Does such a middle ground actually exist?

I initially moved away from Bitwarden because it lacked the ability to suggest commonly used usernames (e.g., my email address), so when 80% of sites require my email as my username, I had to type it in manually every time. Did they every get around to implementing that feature?

I’m a GRC director and struggling to find AppSec or "DevSecOps" training that hits the "right depth". Most options are either very high level (i.e., "Apply secure coding practices") or geared toward engineers working directly in code and tooling. I am looking for something practical enough to understand how secure SDLC actually works in real environments.

Ultimately, I wan to be able to give concrete, credible recommendations in risk assessments and strategy meetings, as well as properly understand limitations when they are presented by developers. Does anything like this exist?
