Nykaa is not refunding my amount, what can I do?

▫️I had ordered 4 items and paid online which I had to cancel since I forgot to apply my gift card.

▫️They had given me 3 refunds and one refund of ₹5 which they charged as some platform fee when I placed my order. But they aren’t refunding my amount for the 4th item 😭

▫️ The support agent on the app straight up said that I’ve gotten 4 refunds where they are including those damn 5rs. I mean can’t they see what the product was worth ?
There were two Elf products and I only got the refund for one of them.

🍥I’ve only ever used maybelline fit me concealer in the shade 25 medium. So it would be really helpful🥹 if someone can help me to find a shade match in Nyx.

🍥 For a bit more reference- ‘Maybelline 25 fit me medium’ is a teensy bit yellow on me. When i use it on it’s own the yellowness doesn’t stand out in the inner C of the eye but it’s slightly visible everywhere else

When did this gloss go from 320/- to 550/- ? Did they change the formula or something?

🍥I got these on elf B1G1 sale when they were priced at 320/- and I got each for 155/-

🍥They still have 3 months left in their expiration date so I wanted to restock them but I don’t understand the price hike. The gloss is sticky as hell but I loved the moody shade and that it was quite affordable 😭
