Monzo closed my account with money still in it and asked for another account to transfer the balance to. Problem is I can’t open another bank account at the moment as applications keep getting rejected.

Has anyone been in this situation before? Did Monzo offer a cheque or any other way to receive the funds?

Mooseman the only one pushing back on Adam’s bs

I’m actually done with Kraken at this point

My account got flagged for closure and my withdrawal has been stuck in “manual review” for over 2 weeks now. no proper updates, no timeframe, nothing useful at all

And the worst part isn’t even the delay it’s the useless support chats

I go on support hoping for answers and it’s just the same scripted replies over and over, “it’s under review”, “we’ve escalated it”, “please wait”. So completely useless

It just feels like I’m talking to a wall while my money is stuck

Every clip I see he’s getting punked on. Adam just needs to put him out of his misery
