Schedly All in one App

Hey everyone! Sharing a little behind-the-scenes of a passion project I’ve been working on to solve my own daily frustrations

Like many of you, napakatamad ko mag-switch ng iba't ibang apps para lang mag-log ng mga bagay-bagay. It felt tedious opening one app for expenses, another for calendar events, and separate ones for work, studies, and personal planning. So, I decided to build an all-in-one app called Schedly to centralize everything.

How I Tackled Feature Overwhelm

When you put Work, Personal, Studies, Finance, and Planners into a single app, feature overwhelm is a massive problem. Di ba nakaka-overwhelm kapag masyadong maraming info? Yes, absolutely.

To solve this, I designed it to be completely modular and personalized:

Customizable Workspace: You only toggle on the features you actually need. If you don't need the finance tracker today, you can hide it to keep your interface clean.

Minimalist & Easy to Use: The goal is quick logging—getting in, tracking your data, and getting out without friction.

Offline-First Approach

Join the Closed Testing (Free)

The app is currently in the Google Play Store Closed Testing phase, and I would love to get your feedback on how to make it better for digital workers and students.

Since it's in closed testing, Google requires testers to join a group first before the app becomes downloadable/searchable on your device.

If you want to try it out for free and help me test it, you can join the Google Group here:

(Images attached below show the UI design and how the customization/modules work!)

Would love to hear your thoughts! What’s the biggest friction point you guys experience when trying to stay organized digitally?

Does all this hiring works is true or just a scam to get your info?

I've been checking and DM almost 10 hiring post / agent in different subreddits and they all ask the same questions ( personal info like gmail and number and full name etc. ) without further instruction in work dynamics or personal verification? Still wondering if its just a lead generator or info farming
