The other tenant - 28 almost 29. From the UK here on a working visa. He’s a really nice guy, sporty, likes going out for the occasional meal and pint. He works hard and travels frequently. Also has a girlfriend so he splits his time there 3-4 days per week with her and her small dog occasionally coming over to the apartment.
