Anyone know what this sound is?

First bike, had it a week and noticed the handlebars had a slight squeak to them when I first assembled the bike. Sound has got a lot worse and now sounds like this when I turn the handlebars? Anyone have any idea what it is and if it’s a problem? Even if it’s not a safety/structural problem it’s bloody annoying….

ChatGPT can’t edit any of my photos

When I upload a photo and ask it to fix lighting or remove something it seems like it can’t actually see the image that I’ve sent. Instead it’ll just produce a completely random picture based off what it thinks I’ve uploaded rather than what I’ve sent if that makes sense. It’s really frustrating been like this for a few weeks for me now…
