What is this?
I have this old Timex (‘58) which is pretty handsome but the green has chipped away on the minute hand. The hour hand looks great.
- What material is it?
- Can it be repaired?
Any info would be helpful!
✌️Cheers!

This little guy went flying while working on a vintage croton. I ended up sweeping my entire dining room, but I found it!!! Cheeky tiny bastard . 😉

Honest question. No shade intended here.
I’m curious why this particular model/style Casio seems to be so prevalent amongst the Casio collectors.
Is it just the price? Is it the iconic nostalgia of this model? Or is it something else?
I mean, I like this model. I’ll probably acquire a true vintage like this at some point, but there are quite a few other models that seem much more unique and interesting to me.
I know watch collecting is super subjective. So to each their own.
Just curious. Cheers! ✌️
Which crown would be the most appropriate for the Lord Elgin 750 project I’m working on? I think it’s the “E” but I could be wrong. Want it to be as close to original as possible. Waiting on my stem and new crystal then I get really busy 😉
Cheers ✌️
