Nakagawa x Morihiro 255mm (irl 240mm) Aogami #1 gyuto + saya

Up for sale here is an absolute sword by Nakagawa. It is a 255mm Sakai which has an actual edge length of 240mm. This is beauty was imported from japan and sharpened by morihiro hamono. It is rumoured wether or not Morihiro sharpened this line, but judging from the grind, i think it is done by the man himself. An absolute unit coming in around 261 grams. It is still relatively thin coming out of the handle. The knife has never been sharpened and only used a handful of time. Super light discolouring on 2 spots of the knives which I couldnt’t get off. Super flat profile with a high grind. It comes with an ebony handle and with a matching saya. The knives has never been sharpened. 440 EU excl. shipping

Another sword but a little more nimble. A skinnier brother of the previous knife and a rare Nakagawa in Aogami #2. Same flat profile and ground a little thinner. Imported from knivesandstones and the sharpener of the knife was kept unknown. It has one tiny spot with micro scratches from a magnetic sheet. Isn’t really visible unless you know what to look for. Comes without box. Never sharpened and only used less than 5 times. 275EU excl. shipping

And finally a Mizuno Tanrenjo Akitada Hontanren Aogami #2 Shinogi Gyuto 240mm. Made by Jun Mizuno and sharpened by Tsutomu Minamiura. Nice
Middleweight/workhorse grind. Comes with a Magnolia D handle with buffalo horn ferrule. Never sharpened and only used a few handful of times. Bought on this forum but not my cup of tea. 330EU excl. shipping

Hatsukokoro Yoshikane 210 SKD-11 gyuto

Selling my trusted Yoshikane as I don’t use it as much anymore. No need to really introduce this thing. This specimen has seen its fair share of abuse as it was my main knife in a professional kitchen. Has scratching on the finish on the right side. It was sharpened around 8 times. Even though it is still notoriously Yoshikane-esque screaming sharp, it could use a thinning in the near future. Hence a soft price for someone who wants to try that sweat Yoshikane SKD steel. 230EU excl. shipping
