Just got my first 5 star dupe. I've read her card is good for equipping herself but also getting her to T5 is better?

Resource confusion
Hi all. Is there any guide specific to the resources and what to do with them (dismantle etc). I don't usually play gatach games as I find them so overwhelming. I looked at my resources and was bewildered at all the different items!
