Purchased a job lot of watches and this watch was included,

After some brief googling I believe it to be a west end co watch, I've opened up the case back and have found scribing inside the case, 3 in total and one crossed out, I can make out two of them

I cannot read the third but I believe it to be a date inscription

Could anyone help me with identifying the watch, maybe giving me some more insight into it's past?

I currently have a 5 door 2017 1.2tsi seat Ibiza with the newer day time running lights.

I purchased this car from a friend of a friend that had a front end collision in the car as well as a fuel leak

I've solved the fuel leak issue and have got the car running and idling fine, next things I need to do are replacing the front crash bar, from passenger side light and the radiator support.

The model number on the support is 6P0805588A, however whilst doing some searching I've found sellers on eBay advertising the 6P0805588A and the 6J0805588A as the same part.

Would someone be able to point me in the right direction?
