Trying to get VLK TTW to work. Everything installed smoothly but for some reason vortex isnt applying the rules set by the collection, and i cant right click apply either. When i google it people say that the collection is "stuck" or not done downloading but its very much done theres no uninstalled mods, but it still has over 150 conflicts. So the option to apply collection rules should be there but as you can see in the screenshot its not. I've tried disabling a mod to force a "resume" on the collection but it hasnt changed anything. And deleting all the conflicting mods and redownloading them doenst fix it either. Is there an reason why the apply rules button isnt there?

From what I understand, double barrel harpoon is good with a low skill gunner and low armor targets, and crossbow mk2 is better for high skill gunners and high armor targets. So assuming all gunners are high skill and the turrets are mounted on a mix of watchtowers and lvl4 walls, what would be better in an end game scenario (like eyegore raid or invincible revenge)?
