The Campaign

The city of Imperi gleams beneath its marble arches, but something in its warmth feels subtly, unmistakably wrong. A hush clings to the rings, a tension beneath the noise of markets and parades, as if the city is waiting for a cue it hasn’t yet been given. Strange heat gathers in forgotten corners. People drift into quiet, sun‑dazed reveries. And deep beneath the streets, the mines report accidents that don’t behave like accidents at all.

As the party moves through the city, they begin to uncover threads that should never have touched: political denials that contradict eyewitness accounts, a thieves’ guild quietly stockpiling a radiant essence called Sunbreath, and a traveling troupe whose performances seem to mask coded meetings and midnight movements. Every faction wants something from Imperi, and every faction wants something from the players — information, loyalty, silence.

What the party doesn’t yet see is that these crises are not isolated. They are pieces of a design that stretches far beyond the city’s walls. The warmth, the watchers, the missing shipments, the shifting alliances, the Sunbreath itself — all of it is being arranged with deliberate care. Someone is preparing a binding, a contract of law and will and sacrifice, meant to join a powerful claimant to a chosen Vessel. And Imperi, in all its grandeur, is only the stage.

When the truth finally rises to the surface, the players will have to decide what to protect, what to expose, and who they become when the city’s masks fall away.

In Act II, every choice shapes the fate of Imperi — and the curtain hasn’t even lifted.

Hello, I’m Bryce—A EST timer, a 35-year-old father of two, born with Cerebral Palsy and your future Dungeon Master! My voice may be different, but that only fuels my creativity. With over six years of experience guiding players through rich, evolving 5e adventures, I bring a deeply personal and inclusive perspective to the table.

D&D 5e Campaign — Recruiting New Players

Hey! I’m Bryce — EST‑based DM, 35‑year‑old father of two, born with Cerebral Palsy. My voice may sound different, but that difference is exactly what pushed me to build immersive, visual, sound‑rich storytelling tools that make my games stand out. I’ve been running 5e for over six years, and I love creating worlds that feel alive, reactive, and personal to the players at the table.

Why I’m Recruiting

A couple of long‑term players recently stepped away, including the last original party member. Instead of forcing a story built for a different group, I’m doing a clean reset so the next arc is shaped around you — the players who are actually here.

We’ll start with a proper Session 0 to meet each other, set expectations, build the party, and decide together what kind of campaign we want to run.

Creation of the Setting

Turea is a world built on the remnants of older ages — shaped by divine conflict, ancient mistakes, and powers that once tore the land apart. The Creators’ rule “led to the suffering of mortals and a slow descent into chaos,” and the wars that followed left scars still visible today. Some regions were corrupted by rifts, others shattered by divine battles, and others reshaped by the rise and fall of empires. Because of this layered history, every place in Turea feels distinct, alive, and marked by the past.

Campaign Overview — Edge of Fate

Edge of Fate is a character‑driven campaign set in a world on the verge of change. Magic is shifting, ancient forces are stirring, and the balance that once held everything together is starting to slip. You don’t need any lore to join — your character arrives right as everything begins to unravel.

Every region has its own tone and atmosphere: places shaped by old catastrophes, divine influence, political ambition, cultural upheaval, or the scars of war. Wherever the story goes, each location feels different and alive.

This is a campaign about agency, consequence, and shaping what comes next. Whether you’re chasing purpose, justice, escape, or a place to belong, your choices will push the world toward salvation, collapse, or something stranger.

Why Play at My Table

Adaptive storytelling: I use visuals, soundscapes, and creative delivery to make scenes land.

Player‑driven narrative: Your character’s goals and decisions genuinely matter.

Collaborative character creation: Bring a concept — we’ll shape it together.

Immersive atmosphere: Music, ambience, and visual aids keep everyone engaged.

Accessible worldbuilding: Clear, organized resources so you never feel lost.

All world lore is available here if you enjoy reading between sessions:

How to Apply

If this sounds like your kind of table, send me a quick message with:

A bit about you — your vibe, experience, and what you enjoy in D&D.

what kinds of stories you like — RP, combat, mystery, politics, exploration, etc.

A character idea (optional) — even a loose concept is totally fine.

Games are on Fridays at 8 PM EST, so no need to list availability.

You can reach me on Discord: brrr_ice or Reddit: u/Brrr_Ice.

Session 0 is where we’ll meet, get comfortable, build the party, and decide together what direction this new arc will take.
