Am i supposed to be fighting them yet? I just started and still don't even have pants, but I've run into a couple of them and got flattened both times so far. Am I supposed to be fighting them, or sneaking by like the Tree Sentinel in the beginning of Elden Ring?
Hey all. I finished Crimson Desert and just beat Elden Ring for the first time and i was looking for a new game. I found myself here and I'm finishing up the opening sequence right now.

There were times I almost chucked my computer out a window. There were times I was so frustrated I wanted to punch myself in the dick. But I did it, I fucking beat it! I beat my first Souls game!!
Not gonna lie, he whooped my ass more than a couple times. But, like you guys said, I found his rhythm and finally got him! I haven't been this satisfied with a game purchase in a very long time.
