New item labels unreadable
I love my Keurig with BrewID. I have had for two or three years. It has worked on nearly every pod that has the item code on it. Recently Peet's Major Dickson's Reserve came out with a new label. Not a single pod has been read successfully.
I looked at the app and on the non-existent support on keurig.com but no luck. Anyone know of a firmware update or reset of some kind that might help. Surely they tested them thoroughly before making the change?
