Mri results for knee arthroscopy

In January I had a knee arthroscopy and debridement on the left knee, all went well so asked to have the other knee done. Got my mri results back and said theres a lot of damage like the left knee but this time they said I have a fairly significant tear in my cartilage, which makes sense given my symptoms of my knee getting "stuck" when straightening. Has anyone else had this? Im thinking will it make my recovery longer or experience more pain just after surgery?

No manners..

I dont know what it is recently, the amount of people coming up to me and not saying excuse me before asking a question about something or wanting help. I usually have my back to them, and they just start asking something. Just the other day I was down the end of an aisle putting stock out and there was a couple right at the other end, very quiet so just us. I can hear him at a normal speaking volume asking "do you know what the price of these are?" Obviously because im at the other end I assume he's asking someone else so I didn't acknowledge it. Then they've come down to my end , still no excuse me. Didnt approach my side so I could see them, just when my back is to them as they're walking past ask if I know the price of something... so I guess they were asking me in the first place but how was i supposed to know...

Its worse when they just say an item and I have to stop myself from saying "what about it?"
