I was at a family member's house and they had a fairly plain fixed blade in a gold Microtech box. The blade was black and the frame was skeletonized with 4 holes in it. I didn't see any marking on the blade which is why I was skeptical even though the box looked legit.

To be clear, I'm not talking about a left-handed knife which I'm aware of. I'm asking if they have the serrated blade mirrored so that the serrations are visible on the bevel side from a Lefty's perspective.
The pivot screw in my Para 3 lightweight is stripped, and was wondering how worth it titanium hardware was compared to stainless.
