And I personally consider both Soulslike but I know some people here wouldnt like me doing that.
They are the best videogames I have ever played in my life generally speaking.
WR is maybe not the most hidden (still quite unknown) but that game is so extradordinary good that I cant believe its not extremly well known.

Do you know such games ?
This 1 Person made games and you feel like a genius game designer just flew completly under the radar ?

Edit: Also little Bonus Featherfall. Its maybe not an insane masterpiece but unique soulslike for 1.50€ that I kinda never forgot

Not even sure if its known or unknown since theres barely statistic about it
That game and METAL GEAR RISING are the only 2 games i know that got so close to feeling like you are an anime character.

Played in Dark Mode from start to finish with controller on PC.

I think ill give this a 80/100 because overall I felt like I had a great time.

Positive:

-Very Interconnected World
-Good Graphics and Performance
-Rewarding Exploration
-Solid FIghting System and distinct Classes/Shells
-Nice Enemy/Location Designs
-Continously Progressing Character Development even far into NG+

Negative:

-Instanced Dungeons that feel disconnected from the nice Overworld and feel repetetive
-Bosses have too less moves which reduces the difficulty
-Micromechnically the game has some flaws that are too deep to explain (Forced Gap Closing for example)

Best Bosses:

-Sir Isaac, the Scholar Prince (Nice Design and fun fight)
-Malborn Offspring (Forgetable Design but very fun fight) (A stronger version of this would have been the better Endboss)

The technology is there but it just doesnt exists:

21:9 / IPS / Mini LED

And im wondering if im alone with this but isnt this a really good alternative to an OLED ?

IPS is really great technology that doesnt have any real flaws except how bright it looks in dark scenes.
With Mini LED you reduce this problem by a good amount and even if it doesnt look as good as a VA Mini LED would you dont get the other VA problems. (Black Smearing / VRR Flicker)

I would love if someone made a Monitor like this.

I have an IPS edge lit Monitor and after 7y with over 30k hours of use I feel like it should be time.
And even 7y ago IPS 1080p wasnt considered the newest piece of tech.

I do not care for high peak brightness at all. I find my 300nits here even too bright sometimes but I want this deep level of black.
I played Resident Evil 9 and it looked so awful on my screen and I dont want that anymore.
At the same time I have a 144hz Monitor and since im buying a new monitor after such a long time I want it to feel like a true upgrade so 240Hz is what I want.

240Hz and Deep Level of Blacks but heres the catch.
It cant be OLED.
I am way to paranoid for Burn in and I know some people will tell me that its not bad but I researched this now a lot and I think this technology is really not designed for a guy like me.

Now im reading about all those new technologies

Do you think there will ever be a monitor that is going to fit my needs ?
YouTuber "The Viewing Angle" claimed his SQD Mini LED is as black as his OLED but is that tech even possible on a 34 inch Ultrawide ?
Do you think I will ever get something or am I stuck with this IPS till it breaks at 100k hours of use.
