Finally received my orange eyes babies !

I set up this tank at my office desk (im a graphic designer so 8h minimum there daily) because I wanted some life on it. It’s a 30l Dennerle cube (pic 6). I really wanted to find some "highend" shrimps and yeah I found this local dude selling "Black Rose OE" and I had to get them, super cheap somehow (4€/shrimps). There are 18 shrimps in there.

I always wanted orange eyes Neocaridina and they are stunning !

They have been quite active lately, I was finally able to make some pictures 🦀📸

Lately they have been quite active, perhaps with the current heatwave in EU ? All in all, its been fun and work from home just brought another benefit, no clue if im productive…

For the curious ones there are springtails, neocaridina shrimps (mix of blue and red), 15x Paracheirodon simulans, a few snails and some isopods ( they are big so they aren’t getting huntef by the crabs which is great, its some Porcellio laevis orange).

Paludarium is 120x50x50cm with a custom DIY (approximatively done) lid.

12 seconds solo Mega Abomination

This Shadow SK is actually kinda fun, bit of fresh air of not spamming the Ion. Fun fact, it took me a single mag to take it down ahah.

(Berzerker / Bulldozer / Eagle Eye / Warband)

Shadow SK with sharpshooter and the build im using: R02-C44Y3-L2NQ1-11 (I would switch the laser into the prestige one)

Hey, u/TreyarchCM, I know this is “another limited matchmaking/shadowban post” among many others on this subreddit.

My Activision ID: Baиaиomalie#4726281

But I think my situation is slightly different, and honestly at this point I’m mostly trying to understand how legitimate players are supposed to get answers when the official support system itself seems completely disconnected from the enforcement process

First of all, yes; small parts of that text will be adapted through IA, from french, as I'm not as fluent in english as I would like, please bear with me...

After nearly 3 years of recurring shadowbans on the same Activision account, across multiple Call of Duty titles, I’ve reached a point where support tickets simply lead nowhere.

And before people instantly jump to: “well you cheated”, here’s the problem:

Every single restriction disappears.

Every.
Single.
Time.

Which means either:

  • the system repeatedly makes mistakes,
  • or legitimate players can repeatedly trigger the system somehow.

And THAT is what I’m trying to understand.

What pushed me to finally make this post is what happened recently:

Unshadowed after 9 days into 1/3

Literally beeing scared to play before S3 Reloaded 2/3

Into Limited Matchmaking the next day (i should be cleared tomorrow, the 9th). 3/3

I spent 9 days in limited matchmaking, the restriction finally disappeared.
I played literally TWO normal matches (didn't even do good).
And then got instantly shadowbanned again for another 9 days (I should be free the 9th May following my guesses).

For context:

  • never cheated (everybody claims it but I would love to prove it somehow),
  • never used unlock tools (lv1000 in BO6 and BO7 though),
  • never used VPN,
  • never manipulated matchmaking (we see you 2boxing people),
  • never account shared,
  • never used any external software.

Yet I keep entering the exact same loop:

  • Playing normally for days/weeks
  • Having several good (well it's all relative...) games
  • Getting accused constantly in voice/text chat
  • Suddenly entering limited matchmaking
  • Restriction disappears after a few days (BO7 always hit me with 9days SB, it's long...)
  • Repeat

This has happened multiple times now across 3 COD titles.

The reason I’m posting here is because the official support process feels completely broken for cases like this.

Every ticket eventually ends with:

>I understand this may not be the response you were hoping for, and I truly wish I could offer a different outcome

No clarification, no escalation, no explanation, no indication of what triggered the restriction and most importantly; no way to defend myself. (And god if I see one more time that Security and Enforcement Policy link...)

What honestly shocked me most is that the support themselves repeatedly told me they:

  • do not know why restrictions happen,
  • cannot contact the Security Team,
  • cannot investigate enforcement actions,
  • cannot provide additional details (understandable to be fair).

So my genuine question is:

If even Activision Support cannot communicate with the Security Team, how exactly is a legitimate player supposed to resolve repeated false positives?

This is honestly the core issue. Support openly states they have absolutely no information regarding: why restrictions happen, how they are triggered, or how enforcement decisions are made.Everything is apparently handled exclusively by the Security Team, with no direct communication possible.

At this point even support seems completely confused about the situation. This response was sent regarding a Limited Matchmaking / shadowban issue… yet the agent suddenly talks about: permanent bans and irreversible enforcement actions…which is not even what I contacted them about (and was completely wrong too).

Because right now it feels like once an account enters the shadowban loop once, it becomes permanently vulnerable to it happening again.

And after enough cycles, you genuinely start stressing after each games wondering:
“great, am I getting shadowbanned again tonight?”

Black Ops 7 made this even more frustrating because limited matchmaking heavily impacts the overall experience as it locks you out of Endgame, zombies and every "challenges". During BO6, we could play zombies and do our camos for example.

I’m asking for:

  • transparency,
  • a proper appeal/review path,
  • communication,
  • and acknowledgement that recurring false positives can happen to legitimate players too.

Because after nearly 3 years of this cycle, the complete lack of answers becomes mentally exhausting.

Again, I know u/TreyarchCM probably does not directly handle anti-cheat systems or enforcement actions but this post is my last hope.

I genuinely hope someone internally can at least acknowledge this issue, because the current support process offers absolutely no path forward whatsoever.

For people wondering why I eventually started trying alternate channels like Reddit instead of relying on support alone: Here’s part of my Activision Support history over the past 2 years. Multiple tickets. Multiple case numbers. Multiple games. Same outcome every single time, ban then unban.

I also know some people will respond with:
“then just stop playing.”

But the issue is precisely that many of us actually love Call of Duty (and I do), have invested years into the franchise (and money lol), bought the games every year, supported the ecosystem, and simply want to be able to play normally without feeling constantly at risk of automated restrictions we cannot understand or appeal. As a COD player since MW2(2009) that never missed a release, it feels lige a punch in the guts to be fully honest.

Wanting transparency and communication from a company is not the same thing as “hating the game.”

Finally my stats if some are curious, nothing crazy to my eyes.

MP Stats, I mostly play endgame but we sadly don't have a combat record there.

Got Nexus Horizon the 11.12.2025, grinding each early COD release is my little pleasure.

Even locking you out of Endgame progression is crazy work

Small bonus detail that perfectly sums up how confusing this entire system is:

Apparently I’ve been “banned from Ranked Play” since January 2025.

You love to see it.

The funny part?

I have literally never played Ranked once.

Not a single game.

So unless I somehow cheated in a mode I never even touched, I genuinely have no idea what’s going on anymore.

It's actually pretty simple once you understand the timings (redeploy towers are still easier but they are not everywhere). Quite known but it might help newer players.
