Is this used "Canyon" road bike worth RM550 ($130 USD)? Needs minor repairs.

Hey everyone, I’m looking to get into road cycling and found this used bike listed locally. Since I'm a complete beginner, I'd love some advice on whether this is a good deal and what I should look out for.

Bike Specs (per the seller):
Brand: Canyon (though it has mountain bike gears, so it might be a replica frame)

Frame: Alloy
Handlebars: Carbon
Rear Drivetrain: Shimano Acera
Price: RM550 (approximately $130 USD), negotiable

Current Issues:
Broken gear shifter cable
Flat tire

The seller says they originally spent RM2,000+ ($470+USD) on it with upgrades.

As a beginner, would this be a decent, affordable bike to start learning on once it’s fixed? How hard or expensive are these repairs for someone just starting out?

Thanks in advance for the help!
