The space at the Current is up for rent again. Starbucks pullout of that space and now Qargo. Is it plagued?
I really didn’t like Qargo, the service was horrible although it has been getting better… but the inside felt like a cheap version of Starbucks.

Parks, police and Health and Human Services would see the largest workforce reductions, while the police department's Quality of Life Unit would shrink and homeless-response programs would be scaled back.
