Google Fit Air vs Whoop
Does anyone roll with either of these wearables? If so what do you like or dislike? I’m a whoop user but looking to make the switch to the Fitbit.

What’s something that you miss about the whoop and wish the Fitbit had?
Ask me anything.
I’ve seen a few DIY bicep bands in this sub, but has anyone found one to purchase online that works from a 3rd party?
Also for those who wear it on the bicep is it accurately reading? I know it’s not designed for the bicep but..
So far I’ve only been able to make this cheap staple in a Mexican food variation. Does anyone have another variation that can be done? I feel like rice is so versatile but beans not so much..
Is it possible to for example sauté mushrooms, then remove them and fry an egg? I try to do this with many vegetables and it seems if there is ANY contamination leftover then the egg will just stick right to the pan.
If I reverse the order and do eggs first then mushrooms it works just fine obviously.
Is the only solution to take the pan off the heat and completely clean it before frying eggs?
What’s your highest strain and what activity(s) did you do to reach it?
Does anyone else feel sort of hesitant to tell every young kid that visits the cockpit that they should be a pilot right now?
I have countless buddies from college that can’t even find CFI jobs.
I get inspiring the younger generation but I don’t want to be the reason some 20 year old kid is in 6 figure debt with no job in sight… anyone else?
Just switched to the bicep band. The last 3 nights in a row my sleep has been way off. Whoop is saying I’m getting 10+ hours when I was only in bed for 8. And you look at the HR chart and it has 70+ bpm for hours on end (I’m awake at this point) but it still will log it as sleep. Has anyone else had this issue and what helped fix it?
