10 Day Trip from Patagonia to Santiago de Chile

So i am trying to figure out a route or if there is a way to experience Patagonia on the Argentinien and Chile side as well as traveling up to Santiago de Chile from where I am flying back home. I will start from Buenos Aires and fly down to Calafate and from there on I would be open to any suggestions. I've seen in another post that there is a ferry from Puerto Natales to Puerto Montt which would take around 2,5 days. I would love to take ferrys and busses instead of flying from here to there. Now to the critical question: Is is possible to do this route in that amount of time and if so how stressful would it be? I'd really appreciate any recommendations and shared experiences. Thank you very much in advance :))

Short Trip to Uruguay (Friday-Monday)

Me and a friend are planning to go to Uruguay over the weekend including Monday. What is the best way we can spend our time there without trying to rush everywhere? Thank you for all the recommendations :)
