Gold Stamped Promo?

I saw a listing for the following. What’s a gold stamped card? Is this a promo? I can’t find any info online.

Printer step under 8550

I’ve been browsing the sub and YouTube and have seen the 8550 be touted as the king but what would be the best step down version of this machine? Not sure I want to shell out 8-900 bucks on a printer and would prefer learning on a machine probably half the price first. Not sure the ROI or quality between mid tier and high tier to be of a $400 difference.
