Occurred twice in the last two weeks. Shouted for the voices to shut up and f off. Voices that inspired doubt, and i reacted by shouting at them to shut up. This isn't normal. Was arguing with voices and they got to me and i got angry.

I take a puff, knowing it's killing me.

Then I take another, ignoring the voice tht says stop.

Know it's time to stop, it's destroying you from the inside.
