Have to call our fir 3 days..
Been there 8 years and never even had a pattern notice I barely call in sick.
I have a family emergency that is taking me out of the province for 3 days. In Quebec we only need a letter for the 4th day off but considering this is a family emergency what should I say when I call? Should I just talk straight to HR?
