Mini Power Question

Hello, I recently got myself a mini and its awesome. Pretty sure I got the last one in my state.

I'm looking at the supplied power supply and the car adapter. The supplied adapter puts out 30vdc and the car adapter puts out 12vdc. I know the mini has a wide rage of accepted power. My question is, am I loosing performance running on 12vdc over 30vdc. Or am I just loosing functionality of the heater for snow build up?

Looking for input/suggestions

I've been using DDG for years but going to give Kagi a test drive.

I've also been a dedicated Firefox user since Firefox 2.

I still use Google Messages because RCS tho I've been trying to convert peeps to use Signal/Molly

Fossify Contacts is just the contacts app that comes with Graphene.

Maps is the hard one for me. I keep going back to Google Maps and I hate it. Magic Earth keeps crashing, dropping the route or just have no idea what address I'm punching it. I saw someone on here suggest CoMaps so I'm going to give that a shot.

Thoughts on Cape

The otherday a friend showed me Cape Cellular. Did some reading and see that it seems pretty divided. A lot of people are skeptical because the founders are ex-palantir employees. Others are calling it a honeypot. I've also seen people say its amazing and they enjoy the features/protections they offer. If you use it, now or in the past, what are your thoughts on it?

I'm a little handwavey on it being a honeypot. If they sell my information so is every other US cell provider.
