The first issue I had was a flickering green screen. My phone qualified for the extended warranty, so I got it fixed at a shop. About a month later, my phone had a white vertical line. They were able to fix it again for no charge. Then about five months later, it developed a green vertical line and then later a very bright one that was almost blinding.

I messaged Google support, and although the support site said my phone was no longer eligible for the extended warranty, the support agent told me that it was and to just bring it into the repair shop. I did that yesterday, just to be told by the shop that it wasn't.

I contact Google again (name of the agent was the same as the last time I messaged), just to be told to bring the phone back into the shop and it should be covered. I told them that the shop said it wasn't and confirmes that the support site also said it wasn't eligible. They just apologized and said they wish they could help further.

I have until January until this phone is paid off, and I'm currently using my old phone. But this is just extremely disappointing. How can this happen on all three screens I've had on my phone, and why is Google okay with just saying, "Oops! My bad!" and not offer anything to help?
