Moving forward with a house I love very much, and excited to start thinking about possible renovations. It's a 1950s California Ranch, and I'm happy to keep the tiles if I can find a way to complement them with a different colors. Any thoughts on updating ideas for the kitchen, or either bathroom are greatly appreciated. Also, very OK getting rid of tiles, mostly leaning towards keeping the baby blue tiles in the bathroom if I can find a better color than black to complement it.

For the kitchen we want to maximize space while bringing in charm but utility is also hugely important to us

For the bathrooms.. we just want them to be nice functional bathrooms

I found and fell in love with this dress I found online but can’t figure out where to try it on or purchase it. I was looking for an A-line lace dress that was Mexican inspired but stumbled upon this beautiful dress by an amazing Mexican designer. I would love any and all help to find this dress or something similar that is more within my ideal budget.

Update: I found it but it’s $3120 and must be purchased blind with no returns, if anyone can help me find similar dresses I’d REALLY appreciate it!

Please help me find a more affordable alternative. I love this type of Mexican inspired pattern as a mixed Latina, but don’t want to pay >2k for this dress from Anthropologie
