Urgent help needed: pain after bottoming
So I don’t usually bottom as I have a lot of anxiety around it and have IBS
Last week I bottomed for a guy who fucked me hard then went again like 30 seconds after for round 2. Was fun at the time but after I saw I was bleeding
The next day I was douching ( I used shower without the head on and that was so dumb but I didn’t have lube for the douche and when I’ve just used a bulb before I haven’t been fully clean)
I 100% over douched and hurt myself more and shouldn’t have douched the day after that happened. But that’s done now.
This is all a week ago now; and I have honestly never been in this level of pain in my life
Every time I go number 2 I feel like I have a glass shattering inside me that’s on fire and for one hour after I am on the floor crying in pain.
I’ve had 2 wisdom teeth out at once with pain killers that didn’t work, and I’ve had multiple surgeries. None of that is close to this level of pain.
I called my doctor yesterday and they recommended me some cream and getmaloid suppositories. I’ve used both all day but it’s no change.
I honestly do not know how I will get through the next 24 hours. I am still bleeding
( also I had a haemeroid like a month ago externally that was uncomfortable and didn’t fully go away either I guess that is adding to the pain)
