Traditionally, Flagship Black paper parallels have been "hobby-only" inserts. I've recently seen some Reddit posts mentioning that their Black Parallel was pulled from a retail box (or pack). Has this recently changed, or is that fake news. Are Black paper parallels still Hobby-only inserts?
