Has any 5'10 guys here had success eating 2500 calories a day?

M28 1.78M/5''10. I'm currently 127KG. I've lost about 40-50 kilos twice in the past but I'm realising now I've never done it in a sustainable way. The first time I just had a low calorie boring diet of steamed chicken breast and veggies. The 2nd time was a bit better but still quite restrictive.

Recently for the past month I've actually changed up my mindset completely. I've allocated myself a flat cap of 2500 calories. This has allowed me to have lots of dietary freedom and additionally I never feel hungry. It's basically a voluminous high fibre high protein diet that's both tasty and nutritious. I also do 10k steps a day everyday.

For the past month, I've lost weight. It's obviously slower compared to the past but it feels so much more sustainable. Seriously, I am NEVER hungry and I just like how that feels. Not too full either, just perfectly satiated on this routine.I just wonder if it can take me to my goal weight. I'm aiming for 83KG so I do wonder if the 2500 might end up being too much. Can anyone who eats a similar amount of calories provide some insights? I'd greatly appreciate it.

I just got into the game and I'm already hooked. I've been looking for a game to play that's relaxing but I've read that it can get pretty stressful? As far as I understand, this game doesn't have a traditional fail state right? I'm not concerned about taking long to build up the farm or complete objectives. I honestly just wanna play it in a chill way. I guess what I'm asking is this game designed to be more stressful later on?
