ive only noticed this when i transfer videos, that the exposure is a lot darker after i transfer them to my computer/phone. there are major things that i can make out easily on the camera’s interface that cant even be seen on my phone, even after trying to adjust the brightness. is there any way to solve this??
im not sure if this is the right place to post this, but i have a lexar 64mb memory stick for my mavica. i emptied it out a few days ago, and when i tried to use it again today, it said the storage was half-used. I checked hidden files, and nothing showed up. is there a way to get the stick back to full storage, or am I stuck with this? thanks!
Hi!! My school is making me read Born A Crime by Trevor Noah for summer reading, and making us take a test on the book once school starts up. Ive read like 20-30 pages, and i’ve liked it so far, but I just cant make myself read it. I like to read, but almost never when prompted, especially if it’s for school. I’ve tried annotation, timed reading, audiobooks, and nothing really helps. If anybody could, please tell me a summary, or any main events in the book, anything that can help. I’m pretty sure i go back to school on August 6th. Thanks!
Hey guys! I've been searching through my library's website on the Wayback, and among other cool discoveries, I've found a gallery section in the website as far back as December of 2006. Although other images could be seen in other archived pages, this gallery was not viewable! I've discovered this after my library visit, and plan to maybe ask the staff if they'd have any physical archives maybe. My 2 biggest special interests right now are the library (obviously), and media preservation, so it would be amazing to at least try and find what was in this gallery. I've attached a link to the library's archived homepage from December 2006, where in the bottom left corner, the gallery can be found, alongside 2 viewable images on pages from January 2000, and early 2002 respectively. <3

so ive been using an fd-200 for the past day or 3, and im absolutely in love with it, but ive seen others record 15 second videos on their mavicas. Is there a way to change the length on the camera, or am i just stuck with 5 second clips?
[i took more, but these are some highlights]

I just re-found a mavica in my closet, alongside a sony handycam, and i thought that many i could use the handycam lenses on the mavica. im extremely delicate with old tech like this, and i dont wanna damage the screw-part of the lenses/camera that keep the lenses in place. they seem to screw in okay, but i feel like i still need some confirmation just in case it isnt good for the camera.
