So, my teeth are really yellow even while brushing yet, my gums are dark…. I’ve been looking at the picture you guys have I see the stains but I don’t see to many people’s gums that have turned color. What does that? Is it from smoking or something else? I also drink coffee. I bought the expensive crest toothpaste that supposed to help but I don’t really see a big difference. Idk, any suggestion on toothpaste or mouthwash? I also like that mouthwash that helps with enamel because some of the meds I’m on causes dehydration. I’m not willing to quite yet honestly. Yet, I’m looking to see if I can create a better hygiene routine for my teeth while I still am.

Does anyone else experience really bad side affects when adjusting meds or taking new meds? If I have to have a med adjustment or a new medication… my body shuts completely down for almost 2 weeks just to get used to it. From vomiting to headaches to sometimes constipation and or diarrhea. Stomach cramps almost the same side affects I would get when on my cycle. Yet, once that two weeks is up I’m fine. So now I’ve held make on new meds/adjustments but now I usually will take a week off from work because I’m to weak to do anything and exhausted.
