Do these need a lens replacement?

My toddler got her first pair of 6+/4+ RX glasses a few weeks ago. This morning I noticed these tiny nicks. Not sure how it happened but maybe the alcohol based lens cleaner I’ve being using constantly because she rips them off her face constantly causing smudging. Do you think these already need to be replaced because of the nicks? Neither me or my husband wear glasses so this is all new to us. Thanks!

Little nicks in the middle of my toddler’s glasses. Do I need to replace the lens?

They nicks looks a little bit worse in person. The scratches are right in the center of the lens which is my concern.

Neither me or my husband wear glasses so this is all new to us.

My daughter is 20 months old has to patch her eye 2 hours a day and we’re glasses full time for farsightedness. She absolutely refuses to even let me put the glasses on her face. She cries and rips them off immediately. Any tips from parents with experience?
