Entire day of eating totals at around 1600+ cals, I offset it with my active job plus 10k steps on incline thread after lifting so its estimated at around 1200-1300 cals per day.

Pros: Insanely satiating and super high in potassium, one meal could keep me full for hours without craving anything. I can keep eating this everyday without getting sick of it and the shake is enough for my sweet cravings. Really high in carbs so its really good at fueling my glycogen for tomorrow’s weight lifting session 100%.

Cons: Lacking in fat, comes at around 20g at most if I dont eat enough cheese, otherwise its hormonally suboptimal and can somewhat affect my sleep if I don’t supplement my fat intake with eggs.

Potato wedges meal is inspired by lizokryptonian on TikTok with the unc method (iykyk), could throw in some Coke Zero to reward myself too. 😋

I’m using the omnicalculator from google and based on my weight and height of 57 kg and 168 cm, it says 10,000 steps on a pace of 2/3 mph (which I do daily) burns about 200-300 calories. I’m quite skeptical but do you guys think this is accurate? Added context I get my steps on rest days from doing incline threadmill for an hour with on 10 incline and 2.5 speed, or on a busy day I get my steps from walking around at my job which usually adds up to 10k steps at the end of the day
