Is this infected or do I need to wait a bit to see for sure

I got this done 2 days ago and had to take the saniderm off because the seal was broken and it began to leak pretty bad. It hasn't done this after any of the prior sessions for this piece but just for this one so far so I'm not sure if it's fully infected or not.
