And also: DO NOT tell me to just switch to controller.

I’m specifically looking to see if there are any practiced wheel users who would be willing to sit with me and help teach me to wrangle in this beast that is racing. I need help learning to drive.

I’ve switched to controller a couple times just to see how it felt and it’s obviously easier with a variety of assists.

I’m wanting someone to teach me where I can improve with wheel. I know it’s possible, I just need to figure it out.

I know a lot of people dog on using wheel vs a controller and I get it, the games designed for controller arcade bla bla bla.

But my goal is to just be really good at wheel in this game.

I dunno why. This is my first Forza game, I’ve never really played racing games before and I know I’m handicapping myself hard, but even so it just looks more… fun?

Like, especially when other people shit on using wheel instead of controller, it just makes me want to get that much better at using wheel.

Any other people out there feeling that way?

Hand break
H-pattern shifter

And I’m wondering if there’s a suggestion for a game to get used to or learn to drive sim. I oddly want something with lots of tutorials for basic stuff even though I know how to drive fairly well irl.

But sim just feels so different. Are there any suggestions?
